Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deboned chicken
    1 jar salsa
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix 2/3 cup water, 1/4 cup salsa, 1 tablespoon butter and stuffing mix.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; top with deboned chicken.
    Pour remaining salsa over chicken and top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
