Cement Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
3/4 c. coarsley chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. vanilla
whipped cream
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar and baking powder.
Fold in crushed crackers, pecans and vanilla.
Pour into greased 9-inch pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
When cool, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with additional chopped nuts.
