Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and milk.
    Sift half of the flour, the salt and baking powder together and add to milk and egg mixture. Beat smooth and add only as much more flour as needed to make batter thin enough to run through a funnel into deep, hot fat. Spirals and other shapes can be made by controlling spout with finger.
    Serve hot with molasses, jelly or powdered sugar.
