Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium sized can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 to 1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. sugar (this cuts the acid)
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Add tomato sauce, can of tomato paste, water, bay leaf, nutmeg and sugar. Simmer.
