Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 cube butter
 
2 lb. pkg. hash brown potatoes (frozen)
1 c. diced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large sour cream
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Mix butter, soup and sour cream together.
 
Mix together with frozen hash brown potatoes.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
