Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 chopped bell pepper
    1 small onion
    2 or 3 bay leaves
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
    2 cans tomato juice
    1 or 2 packets chili mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1 wiener (per person)
Preparation
    Brown meat; then drain the grease from the meat.
    The next step you do is to add the bell pepper, onion and bay leaves until vegetables are tender.
    After the vegetables are tender, then add the remaining ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Simmer about 30 minutes on low heat.
    When the chili is almost done, add the wieners to the chili and let cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
