Sherry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken
    1/3 to 1/2 c. sherry
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Clean chicken pieces and place in shallow baking dish.
    Mix sour cream, sherry and mushroom soup together.
    Pour sauce over chicken pieces placed far apart.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours (or longer at a lower heat).
