Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. pared, sliced apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice, mixed with 1 Tbsp. water
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. quick cooking oats
    1/3 c. soft butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place apples in 8 x 8-inch or 10 x 6-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice and water.
    Mix sugar, flour, oats, butter and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
