Joe'S Quick Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. cumin
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onions, bell peppers and garlic. Drain. Place in large pan and add
seasonings,
tomato
paste and water. Beans may also be added if you want.
Joe uses red kidney beans. Simmer for 1/2 hour or so.
