Hamburger-Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    6 medium potatoes, diced and thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat; drain.
    Set aside.
    Make white sauce of next 5 ingredients.
    Place half of the potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with half the meat, half the sauce and half the onions.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer.
