1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 lb. melted butter
Preparation

Have all ingredients at room temperature for best results. Grease and flour a 10-inch spring-form pan.
