Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 plus lb. beef brisket
    1/2 c. liquid smoke (mesquite flavored)
    Louisiana hot sauce to taste
    2 large Bermuda onions, chopped
    1 large green bell pepper, chopped coarse
    1 bottle K.C. Masterpiece barbecue sauce
    1 c. ketchup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Worcestershire sauce
    3 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Stage 1:
    Mix Worcestershire, liquid smoke, hot sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder in large container.
    Place meat in container and marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours.
