Deer Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. dried sage
    salt to taste
    2 large diced potatoes
Preparation
    Cook meat in a pressure cooker until tender.
    Shred meat. Add to broth with onions, sage and dried pepper (red).
    When it has cooked down until almost all broth has gone, add small diced potatoes.
