Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh cooked sweet potatoes
    1 stick soft butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mash cooked sweet potatoes; blend well with butter and sugar (medium speed with electric mixer).
    Fold in Bisquick (low speed). Should dough appear too moist due to the difference in consistency of sweet potatoes, add a little more Bisquick.
    Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Shape dough into 1 1/2-inch biscuits. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
