Susan'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boiled squash
    1 grated onion
    1 grated carrot
    1 stick margarine, melted
    salt and pepper (optional)
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. pimento
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (save 1/3 for top)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into buttered (greased) casserole dish.
    Top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or until top is brown.
