Potato Moussaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in 1/4-inch slices.
    Brush lightly with oil and broil 5 minutes on each side.
    Arrange half of potatoes in an even layer in shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Saute onion in olive oil.
    Set aside.
