Three Cheese Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. water
2 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. oil
1 (5 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
paprika
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese (cream-style)
3 c. cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Bring water, salt and oil to a boil. Slowly add noodles. Return to a boil. Cook 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and set aside.
