Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 large onion, cut into chunks
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Clean and boil mushrooms for 15 to 20 minutes; drain.
    Cut onion into chunks.
    Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, oregano and salt. Combine with mushrooms and onion.
    Marinate 24 hours.
    Drain before serving.
