Pineapple-Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl except crumbs.
Roll this mixture in the graham cracker crumbs.
Place in refrigerator and chill.
Slice and serve.
