Bronzed Cajun Cream Pheasant Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless pheasant breasts
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cajun spice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
    2 Tbsp. currant jelly
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    3 drops hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Remove skin from breast.
    Rub breast with cajun seasoning on both sides.
    Sprinkle with olive oil and place in plastic bag for at least one hour.
