Peasant Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread dough
    3/4 c. Colavita olive oil
    basil, oregano and parsley to taste (about 1 tsp. each)
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    2 large tomatoes, sliced
    4 slices Mozzarella or Provolone cheese
Preparation
    Thaw dough and cut each loaf in half to make 4 pieces.
    Let rise about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until double.
    Mix spices in oil. Brush on dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
    Remove, slightly flatten with a fork.
    Brush with extra oil and spices.
    Place sliced tomatoes and cheese on each pizza.
    Return to oven about 10 to 12 minutes.
