Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 small chopped onion
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cook ground meat and chopped onion in a large skillet or Dutch oven.
