Raisin Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. flour (self-rising may be used)
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and raisins.
    Stir in cream with fork until moistened.
    Turn dough into floured surface; knead 10 to 12 times.
    Roll or press to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut with 1 1/2-inch biscuit cutter, place on baking tin (lightly greased) and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
