Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten with fork
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. blueberries, drained
Preparation
    Beat egg in large mixing bowl.
    Add milk and oil, blending well.
    Add dry ingredients just until flour is moistened.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill greased muffin cups (12) to 2/3 full.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from muffin pan immediately.
