Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 chopped onion
    dash of black pepper
    1 egg
    3 tsp. margarine
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender; remove from heat.
    Add salt, pepper, margarine, cracker crumbs, 1/2 of cheese, milk and egg; mix well.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with rest of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
