Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. saltine crackers, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. butter
1 can (17 oz.) cream-style corn
Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy.
Add all of the ingredients together. Grease a 1-quart baking dish.
Pour mixture into dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until inserted knife comes out dry or clean.
