Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nonstick spray coating
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    2/3 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Spray an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan with nonstick coating; set pan aside.
    In a small mixing bowl combine 3/4 cup flour and 3 tablespoons granulated sugar.
    Cut in margarine until crumbly. Pat mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
