Strawberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (strawberry)
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 small carton Cool Whip
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Bring crushed pineapple with juice to a boil.
    Add dry jello and stir until dissolved.
    Remove from heat to cool.
    When cooled, add buttermilk and then nuts.
    Add Cool Whip last.
    Stir until mixed well.
    Refrigerate.
