Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Put water and butter in pan.
    Bring to boil and add flour all at once.
    Stir until the paste comes away from the sides of the pan.
    When cold, add the unbeaten eggs, one at a time.
    Chill in icebox.
    Drop by tablespoon on oiled paper (12 puffs).
    Bake 30 minutes in hot oven.
    When cold fill with whipped cream or thick custard when time to serve.
