Potatoes Ryan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. butter, melted
    1/2 c. heavy cream (half and half)
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Cool and then spoon out centers.
    Crumble into big chunks.
    Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in 9-inch pie pan.
    Pour cream over and allow to sit 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top, then bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
