Country Ham Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. cooked ham, finely chopped
Preparation
    Cut butter into flour with pastry cutter until crumbly. Add buttermilk, sour cream and ham. Stir until moistened. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead several times. Roll dough to 3/4-inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
