Thyme Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small new potatoes, halved
    1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
Preparation
    Toss potatoes, oil, salt and pepper until potatoes are coated. Put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Toss in thyme leaves.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
