Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh basil (if not available, use 1/2 c. dried)
1 c. fresh parsley
1 c. pine nuts
1 to 2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. grated Romano
1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
salt to taste
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
If it appears too thick, add a little more olive oil.
