Peter Cottontails - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
    2 c. shredded coconut
    2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. coconut for coating
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups coconut, apricots and milk.
    Chill several hours. Form into small balls and roll in remaining coconut.
    Store in cool place or fridge.
