Quick Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast
    1/4 c. A.1. sauce
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place roast in the center of a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil in
    a roasting pan.
    Brush meat with the A.1. sauce.
    Sprinkle with soup mix. Spread with the soup. Wrap loosely in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours or until tender.
