Easy Egg Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    12 slices bacon, fried until crisp
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Beat eggs with salt and milk; scramble in butter.
    Cook until moist.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish.
    Top with bacon; spread sour cream over.
    Top with grated cheese.
    This can be refrigerated overnight, brought to room temperature and cooked at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 10.
