Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    6 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Parboil cauliflower in water with lemon juice for 5 minutes. Drain.
    Combine in saucepan: butter, flour, milk and soup.
    Cook until thickened.
    In baking dish, lay in layers:
    cauliflower, cheese slices and chopped green pepper.
    Pour creamed sauce over all.
    Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
