Red Velvet Cake 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Crisco or butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
    Make a paste from cocoa and vinegar.
    Add buttermilk, flour and vanilla.
    Add coloring and cream well.
    Bake in three layers at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
