Vegetable Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. leaf spinach, washed and dry
    2 1/2 c. carrots, cut diagonally
    2 1/2 c. zucchini (unpeeled), sliced diagonally
    2 c. tomatoes, diced and well drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 sheet Puff Pastry*
    1 strip Puff Pastry (1 x 16-inches)*
    1 Tbsp. egg wash (egg white whipped with water)
Preparation
