Athean Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh/frozen shrimp
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Ouzo or 1/4 cup water
    1 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
    1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
Preparation
    Thaw shrimp if frozen, peel and devein.
    In a large saucepan, cook onion, parsley and garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter until onion is tender.
    Stir in undrained tomatoes, oregano and pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
    Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Stir in water or Ouzo and fennel.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
