Chimichangas(Oven-Baked) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked chicken or browned ground beef
    2/3 c. salsa
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    3/4 to 1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 flour tortillas (fajita style)
    butter
    1 c. cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except tortillas, butter and cheese, in saucepan.
    Simmer until meat liquid is gone (about 5 minutes). Butter one side of tortilla.
    Spoon about 1/3 cup of mixture onto center of unbuttered side; top with 2 tablespoons cheese.
    Fold 2 sides over filling; fold ends down.
    Place seam-side down in 13 x 9 x2-inch baking dish.
    Bake in preheated oven at 475\u00b0 for about 15 minutes, until crisp and golden brown.
    Top with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, whatever.
    Makes 4 servings.
