Asparagus Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. asparagus, cut into 2-inches
    2 c. Swiss cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
    pepper
    1 lb. ham, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. veggie flakes (Knorr)
Preparation
    Combine asparagus, ham, cheese and onion and place into two 9-inch pie pans. Mix the other ingredients together, one at a time. Pour over asparagus and ham mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
