Pineapple-Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium sweet potatoes
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    6 Tbsp. nuts (pecans or walnuts)
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation
    Scrub and boil potatoes until tender.
    Peel and mash, adding butter and undrained pineapple.
    Beat with wooden spoon until smooth and light.
    Stir in 5 tablespoons nuts and turn into buttered casserole.
    Bake covered at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove cover; sprinkle with remaining nuts and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
