Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) jar currant jelly
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in microwave-safe dish or bowl. Microwave on Medium-high for 1 minute.
    Stir, then microwave until mixture is bubbly, stirring as needed.
    Use as a dipping sauce for chicken wings or fingers, ham or pork cubes.
