Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 can (about 2 c.) applesauce
    2 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. allspice
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugar, eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Sift flour and spice together.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Blend 2 teaspoons vanilla into applesauce and add soda, stirring until well mixed.
    Blend into first mixture.
    Batter will be very stiff.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Add nuts.
    Put in muffin tins and bake at 400\u00b0 about 12 minutes.
