Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans minced clams
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 can potatoes, drained and cubed
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until soft.
    Add clams and liquid, canned soup and cubed potatoes.
    Simmer until heated through and thin with milk to desired consistency.
    Season with pepper.
