Hospitality Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coconut
    3/4 c. oleo
    1 (16 oz.) cool whip
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sliced almonds, chopped pecans, OR walnuts
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 jar caramel
    3 graham cracker pie crust OR long oblong dish
Preparation
    Toast coconut, nuts, and oleo for 15 minutes at 375, stirring. Let cool.
    Mix cool whip, Eagle Brand milk, and cream cheese.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Sprinkle with toasted coconut mixture.
    Pour caramel over pie and freeze.
    Thaw a few minutes before serving. Will keep 2 - 3 weeks in freezer.
