Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. grated mild cheese
1 well beaten egg
Preparation

Cook until barely tender in salted water the frozen broccoli; drain well and place in shallow casserole.
Combine and blend thoroughly remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over broccoli and mix lightly. Top with homemade buttered bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until golden brown.
