Ingredients

6 chicken breasts (3 whole breasts), boned, skinned and split
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
fresh ground pepper
Preparation

In glass baking dish, place chicken breasts.
Melt butter or margarine.
Mix with honey and mustard.
Pour over breasts. Cover loosely with wax paper.
Cook on High power for 8 to 10 minutes.
Rotate dish halfway.
Cook an additional 4 minutes on High, then check to see if done.
Pepper.
