Lo-Cal Fruit Dip(Good For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lo-cal cream cheese, softened
    1 c. lite yogurt (vanilla)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind (optional)
    7 pkg. Equal
    couple drops food coloring (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and yogurt; blend in until smooth.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; chill.
    Serve with fresh fruit.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Calories per serving: 100 (4 tablespoon serving).
